This is my first lj post in early morning. :D

Nothing new happening this days. The sun is getting hot and hot. I am living somewhat monotonous life. No matter what you calculate, you will ultimately get the same answer. Getting same answer for every calculation is kill. I like black laptop over white one. I really really want to install new ubuntu on my desktop. but I do not have enough time to go on and do it. Have you ever use Max OS x ? the cocoa gui is really really cool. all applications are inherently smart. You should respect yourself first before others start respecting you. Same happen to Windows. Their user interface is "no cool". So the applications that people made for it are "no cool" equally. Typing what ever comes in to mind made my typing speed or say blog writing speed from a line a minute to a line a second. but the this thing capture your mind or though flow quite clearly. whatever you thinking just type it. someone is calling me from 6509999999 , a telelphone spams. i even got call from myself. 9426419038 , lol. how can anyone got call from themself. technology is creating a lot more prolem that they are solving. that will make the total number of problem to increase in the whole world. if you use integer for referece to each problem , you can't store more than 32 bit of problem. either you need to upgrade your laptop or computer. or just forget about the problem or miss one or two problem or just dont count them or use simple calculator or forget it. but what i was saying is , today's match is cool. Saching is playing this match. That will be fun. I want tedlya to hit century in 30 balls. lets see if he can or not. Every sentence start with a capital letter and ends with full stop. thats bad. You shoul make some typing and or grammitical mistakes. that will increase our chance of fining out a totally new world or totally another meaning of the enw sentence. its like being a columbus. you just need to dare to write wrong. just look at my previous sentences. they are just full of grammetical and typo errors. ok enough nonsense is said without any subject on this post. either i sould change to particular subject and keep saying those nonsense or start saying which make sense without particular subject. here are few "make sense without subject" kind of sentence. the color of my phone is black. the color of my laptop is black. the color of my bike is black. but the color of my car is grey. the color of my mouse is white. now lets make sentence with are nonsense , but the subject is same. for eg. mobile phone. mobile phone are always black , no matter what color you choose. i dont like mobile phone. mobile company are making billions of dollar or ruppee is depend on weather that company is in india or us. or if that multinational company is multinational than their prime income will be in both. but i seriously wonder where that end ? i mean the road. why road are so long. from one place to infinitly loops. do you know which road is the longest ? the circle. see this type of sentence make sense. but for how long ? until you need close this window , because you are already bored to death and about to die after reading this long posts. but in case you are oversmart , and had written a millions such post everyday than your typing speed must be in millions words per second thats pretty fast for average keyboard too. but dont worry , i got hp laptop keyboard. so I can do whatever i want withhout a single mistake from keyboard. they are making those new type of keyboard on which you dont have to type. keyboard willl understand whatever you typing. ok bye. I need to go to office. no time left . need to hurry. :D :D

All in the eye of da beholder. Actually what I see is comfortable blue designer footwear that is ideally ventilated for the humid Indian climate, with a blue lungi multi-purpose costume fashionably folded into shorts, with a matching blue border to the shawl. And an understated grey half-sleeve shirt matching the equally muted colors of the shawl.

The man is obviously someone who keeps himself in top physical condition. Sunburned, lean, wiry. He MUST be a member of a VERY expensive health club with a top of the line Diet Plan to have that sort of physique.

What is less obvious is the sheer quality of the attire. The footwear is water-resistant and even floatable for use in floods. It is also made of natural rubber, a Sustainable resource. Absolutly top quality, unlike all the garbage made in China from fossil hydrocarbons.

The "lungi" has a classic pattern reflecting the patchwork of small fields of rural India, against a blue sky background and the brown of the monsoon rivers rich with the alluvial soil that enriches the Ganges Plain (as we know, the Ganga flows through Banga, which is where the term "Ban Galore" originated.

Every item of clothing the man is wearing is made of 100% natural cotton - is THAT top-notch or WHAT?

Say, what don't you find awesome about this picture? I see the huge strength of India. If the common worker can afford to be THIS "chic" then surely India is rich beyond belief?

Constricting neckwear, tight shirts so dirty they have to hide them with even more uncomfortable and unwashed, stiff "jackets", fat, bald, overweight, prematurely aged, wearing dog-tags so that they can remember who they are, UGLY polyester ties and blanket carried around the neck, eyes showing the obvious effects of a degenerate lifestyle, stress and alcohol and lack of sleep, and SUCH a dismal outlook on life that their world map shows a completely dry, desert-type Earth with not a spot of green or blue on it.





Clothes patched or welded together out of hydrocarbon, and because they are so overweight that they overheat every time they try to lift their arms, the place is kept cold by airconditioners, contributing to Global Warming and Ozone destruction. The woman can't even stand up straight, despite being supported by the fat guy and the old guy.

Its scary not to have any direction in life. Its scarier to have one. Now I got little bit of direction. My life as a full-fledge-business-man begins. It started a one or two year early than I previously thought. But as cooler as I have thought previously. We are manufacturer of Vacuum pumps,Fluid Couplings,Impregnation plants,Water ring pump,Centrifuge -- A total of ~120 type+model of products. All of them are design-tested-redesign-optimize by my dad over last ~25 years. some of our products are "First in India" type products and other's designs were century old. Destiny suddenly gave/force me the handling of this business last year. I am learning. I need to clarify my thoughts. The next paragraph is all about my learning in business in last two month.

And When you are taking over your dad's business , people are expecting a lot from you. There are lots of well-wisher out there , who gives you lots of advice. Lots of Advice is equal to no-advice. Because they ultimately create normal distribution of arguments & counter arguments leaving you on your own. Leaders are does not take better decision. Leader take responsibility of their decision. For a better decision making , you need to have your rules/policy/direction/goal/philosophy handy. When you seat in the chair of BOSS , people simply ask you for your decision, your decision decides the future course of your company. When they (employee) ask questions , they generally don't seek for an answer , they already know it , they just want to transfer the responsibility. And One more responsibility of a good leader is to create another good leader. The business is running well and good. Customer are set. Supply chain is set. A Name & Fame of Company is good. I have task to take it to next level. Either by adding products,Getting more market share. I will probably go for first one. The latter one required better marketing and financial strategy-which I do not want to look after this time. Other skill a leader required is to Distribute the work among the people uniformly and logically. <-- Some people are very good at this. I am not. I know how to do it myself. I am learning to distribute the work. I think ladies are better at distributing the work. So they are preferred for receptionist or secretarial job. <-- This are my last two month's finding.

I always thought of doing business because it gives thrills which one only experience in a some race or competition. We are facing the competition too. :D . A guy who was working at our company left the job ( six-seven year ago),copied our products and started selling it to our customers at cheaper price. The last year was good for him. His two son join with him in the business too. They are going to get very very tough competition in the near future. :D

I am enjoying the events that are taking place these days.

The sun is rising.

We should all try to fly. By moving our hands in Bird like fashion.

And teach next generations to do the same.
May be after 500-1000 generation , we could have
wings as per the darwin. :D and man will be able to fly on his own.

I mis-understood darwin's rule. :(

The rule of Natural Selection states that "Natural selection is the process by which favorable heritable traits become more common in successive generations of a population of reproducing organisms, and unfavorable heritable traits become less common.".

So my above thought is wrong.

cheerful is not a good mood for writing anything. one only write when he or she is bored or in bad mood or say, had some negative feeling around them. A completely good mood person who already having the good times never writes. another idea for writing is being sleepy. I normally write lj post when I am about to sleep. this make my typing faster as i want to go to bad quickly. but on the other hand it make me stop thinking about the thing i am writing. so whatever i type is directly from my heart without any scanning on brain part. as i am writing this , you can see this is quite monotonous without anything spicy added to it. sometime , only sometime , i think about making one of those usual post but stop in between because of my conscious mind come in to picture and take hold of the situation and remove the useless thing ,which is normally 90% of the total post. so you guys not normally see a useless ( with my perspective) post from me. (but this will be as i have decided not to reread this post. its hard not to read a post when you decided not to read it. denying something is bad. things are get bore when there are no rule to break. but breaking rule will just give you some high count of heartbeat and high blood pressure both at the same time. i don't see any problem with it until you are not some patient. ok i know no body is going to read this long paragraph. so i have decided to put one secret hint in above paragraph.

I invented few quotes in last hour to quote them at different time ( Just in case...in somewhere like blogs-speech-talks-chats..).
The good thing is , if quotes are invented by myself , Its easy for me recall them later when needed.

When you are angry with something , for e.g. "Food was bad in some hotel" , you can quote that , "the food was so bad that, it make me realized the reason for Second World War".

If you didn't know the answer to your boss's question. Reply with , "Oh, I need to check that in the system data". Or "May be i need to google it".

Its also good for bachelors to have one or two pickup lines handy in case ,for e.g. In this chatting and social networking era , something like this might be good, "Hey, Please change your user pic , its killing lots of my time."

Just completed was a good learning experience providing day. It started with deadline. And completed with failure. Enjoyed the in-between moments. I will write latter when in better mood to list down those moments.

Life is rocking. Right now everyday is coming with false promise and a new experience.
Learning the actual world. People talk about culture. The culture is "present". It is not some
past event or future promise , its way of thinking in "present". Glory is relative term. No culture ever have a glorious past. New cities always build on old's debris. History is good subject, I have one story in my mind while coming back from office , a horror story , Imagine there is a horror road , endless , repeatitive every day , what you saw yesterday , will see today and tomorrow. Its same. No change. "No change" is horror thing. Imagine if we can't make emotional faces, Then there won't be any Hollywood or Bollywood. How loose can you let your mind oscillate ? sooner or later you need to find the dictionary for checking spellings. or need to go to lavatory as da says in some of his novels. Language is a good way of conveying the message. To think in other language is hard. To think is harder. To do is hardest. But the last thing is to death. Some truth are so universal that denying it gives us joy. hence there are sports. How to stop thought process apart from being dead. What the rules we must follow ? Questions are the best thing to retrieve information.

Ok , so TZP is good movie. couldn't be better. but not a better .

It did remind me of my childhood. :D , no I do not write in mirror image. ((well a little here and there , but thats every kid do ))
I was creative. Here is a list of thing which I think I was smart to do at that age.

1) Perpetual motion : I try to invent perpetual motion when I was 8 year old. here is the diagram of the same. here goes explanation. imagine a side pose of four wheel car , whose first two wheel are a bit small than the last , now first you have to push the car , that will make the smaller wheel to rotate , that will cause the ((via belt)  the bigger wheel to rotate at the same speed. that will make car to run faster , that will make smaller wheel to run faster , that will make the bigger wheel to rotate faster and so on.... :D actually this was raptchik idea, I actually make it with some rope (( the rope i made with my mom's old sari , my grandmother used to teach me how to make one.. :D )) and my car (plastic ofcourse )) , it failed because the rope broke,  can you imagine WHY IT CAN'T WORK ? ...
2) Second is , I made a Chair out of wood. Altho , its not much of  "smart" thing as I have samples in front of me , Imagine an 8 year old , using nails hammer and a wood saw making a chair , it was very hard work , i still remember , it usually took me more than hour to cut a small wood . :D The bad thing about me is , I never care for things once I make them. It get worse these days , now I am stopping when I can be sure of completing things , i just leave them.. :-|

3) Yeh, I made those usual things like "kite including glue ;) " , "boats" , "home" , "cards". Then One i like most was , trying to make a plane which can fly by using my bicycle. LOL . It was total failure in making itself. lol. I tried it for almost two months...but still I couldn't make a cage from wood. :D , but I learn a lot about plane.

4) I tried to make a video game. again lol. at 10 year. :D , a failure , I tried a lot , like make gears, blubs , circuits , I failed because i didnt know how to invoke sequence of ivent without using mechanical , but was a good try.

5) The first time i get hold of DC motor was when I was 10 year old. Thats help me to make the usual things like , lift , ropeway, turbine , train , electric plane , windmill , boat . my tools were , a knife , lots of plastic , thermocol , candles , screwdriver , hammer , screw , nails , tape. but I was not an artist. the things were usually ugly. They were purely made to function. and they did.

As I said , the bad thing was , I dont care once I finish something , and usually I had to reuse my components ,  so I don't have any of them with me right now. :( ,,,, lol I didnt even have my college projects (( A LOT OF THEM , like , a vision based hand , a pick and place robot , micromouse , xy cnc table , and some here and there I forgot or help))  ....
